Mixed Media Process
This is a series of time-lapse videos of a recent painting process that ended up being a fantastic learning experience for me. On this occasion, work that I really liked “got away from me” because I did not know when to stop and just leave it be. While editing this video, I realized it was a great opportunity to further examine my process and identify what was happening, how it went astray, and how I ultimately reimagined it to create a mixed media piece that captures the whole experience for me.
