I came up with the idea for the KIDLET in 2007 (wow!) and, for several months, I sold them in my shop. What a thrill it was to see them go faster than I could make them. And people still ask if I am making Kidlets, which is such a kick! (Spoiler alert - not anymore. But wait…) This is a one-woman operation, I know my limitations, and I recognize also that many folks would prefer to design and create their own variations on this theme. And I totally want to support that!
After all, empowering makers like you is what I am all about!
Way back when, I wrote out a pattern for the Kidlet “tutorial-style” and it still holds up today! There are 41 full-color photos for some serious play-by-play throughout the process. I see you, visual learners. Have fun with it + happy making! XOXO
